Purpose and scope
These terms describe the rights and responsibilities of Talos Robotics (‘Talos’) and people using its website. They cover public articles, research digests, paper information, conference listings and related pages.
Check any separate terms or licenses shown with individual content. Personal information is addressed in the separate Privacy policy.
What the service provides
Talos presents robotics research and industry coverage and connects readers with research materials and official sources. Reading public content does not require registration or payment.

Dates, context and verification
Read the publication date, snapshot date and sources shown with content. Research findings should be understood within the conditions and limitations of the original paper; a digest does not replace the full work.
Event dates, submission deadlines and product or institutional information can change. Check the organizer’s or original provider’s latest information before applying, submitting or adopting a product. General coverage is not individualized medical, legal, investment or safety advice.
Responsible use
Use the website in accordance with applicable law and the rights of others. These terms do not seek to restrict ordinary reading or lawful criticism and quotation with attribution.

Copyright and reuse
Text, photographs, diagrams and design belong to Talos or their respective rights holders. You may share page links and use material within the scope of lawful quotation or its stated license.
For full republication, image or diagram reuse and commercial use, check the rights holder’s permission or applicable terms. Do not present AI-created imagery or concept diagrams as actual photographs of a specific product or research setting.
Tips and inquiries
Send tips, corrections and partnership inquiries to the listed email addresses. Email links open your mail application; the website does not submit messages or confirm delivery.
Sending a tip does not guarantee publication or a partnership. Before sending non-public material, confirm the permissions involved and clearly state any embargo or request for anonymity. Publication of inquiry content requires clarification of what may be disclosed.
External sites and originals
Links to original articles, papers and event websites help readers verify sources. An external website is governed by its operator’s terms, privacy policy and licenses.
A link does not endorse every statement, product or service on the destination website. Let us know about a broken link or suspected rights infringement, including the relevant page.
Changes and availability
We may revise the interface or available materials to improve accuracy and accessibility. Maintenance, faults, security needs or circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily limit access.
Material changes and planned interruptions will be announced in advance where practicable. Urgent action may be explained afterward, while we work to identify the problem and restore access.
Responsibility and protection of rights
Talos aims to present information grounded in traceable evidence and to correct verified errors. Liability for loss is determined by applicable law and each party’s responsibility for the circumstances.
These terms do not limit liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not waive rights guaranteed to users by law.

These terms are available from the footer. When they change, we will identify the changes and when they apply, and update the document version and revision date.
Changes materially affecting users’ rights or obligations require adequate advance notice and, where legally required, a separate consent process. Visiting or continuing to read does not by itself constitute agreement to every revision.
